We don’t pursue wellness as the destination. We pursue wellness so we have the freedom and capacity to faithfully live the purpose God created us for.

I don't believe wellness starts with a prescription, a peptide, or a perfect nutrition plan. I believe it starts with recognizing that every part of who we are—body, soul, and spirit—matters.
As a pharmacist, I've spent years helping people understand medications and health. Today, my passion is helping people pursue wellness through education, encouragement, prayer, and practical tools that support lasting change.
I believe God has given us many tools to steward our health well. Prayer, nutrition, movement, accountability, education, physician-guided peptide therapy, and community all have their place. My faith in Jesus is the foundation that gives those tools their purpose. I believe every person is created in the image of God, deeply loved, and worthy of care. That's why my goal isn't simply to help people lose weight or feel better—it's to help them steward the body, mind, and life God has entrusted to them.
